What is “Cover”?
Cover is the term used by ACC when your injury is covered by the legislation. You must have cover confirmed by ACC to receive any entitlements and support. Almost all accidents are covered by ACC. Please remember “cover” and “entitlements” are two very different things. if you have been declined cover, or have had your cover canceled contact me immediately for help.
ACC are prone to confirming cover, and then removing cover when you claim entitlements.
